How to make a PDMS microfluidic device

If you have a mold with microfluidic channels, you can easily fabricate it without specialized equipment.

How to make a PDMS microfluidic device
  1. Prepare a PDMS mold with the original microchannel design.
  2. Use PDMS MAKER to pour PDMS (SILPOT184) into the mold and heat at approximately 65°C for 90 minutes.
  3. “Peel off the cured PDMS sheet from the mold.
  4. Use a puncher to create an inlet for introducing liquid in the PDMS device, then attach it to a cover glass to complete the process.
